YBP x Jova = House Vs Rap

Posted by bryson On July - 17 - 2009

It’s finally here. This took us a lot longer to put together than we thought it would, but I think it came together real nice. Download the album and let us know what you think.

We decided to put this project together because of the great response we got to the first track “Hustle Up To The Party Life”.

The formula for this album was pretty simple; Jova picked all the house songs, then I tried to find a rap song to remix it with. This album is real different to any other music I’ve ever made, as I didn’t produce any of these tracks from scratch, I just chopped, changed and remixed them with the rap lyrics.

We’re trying to get this heard by as many people as possible, so PLEASE pass this album onto anyone you think may like it. It’s all ready to be loaded into itunes for your ipod, ready to be burnt to a CD etc, and is really easy to download, so please help spread the word. If you know any DJs, please pass this to them to play

Thanks again for Reuben for creating another amazing cover. He’s pretty good at what he does to say the least.

youngbproductions.com is still in development, but you can already hear the latest music I’ve been putting together and download all of my past albums and singles. My myspace page is also still up and running and has everything you need there too.

Vol. 2 isn’t too far away…

Peace, Bryson & Jova

A Long Overdue Update

Posted by bryson On July - 14 - 2009

Just thought I’d update everyone on what I’ve got planned for the rest of 2009.

First, The House vs Rap album will most likely be out this week, and you’ll be able to download from right here.

Then I’m looking at finally releasing my version of “Lone Wolf” by Hilda in the Woods, soon to be followed by a complete EP of 4 YBP versions of their songs.

After that, I’m looking at working on an album called As Heard on TV where I’m going to sample the entire album from TV. I got the idea from Exile’s Radio album, and I look forward to get started on it.

Other than that, I’m gonna try and keep sending my beats to as many artists as possible and plan to put an album together.

So stay tuned for House vs Rap that will be out real soon
